i think that you could go a step further beyond an assumption that the measurement of time to take the test correlates to a level of intelligence. I would say to proves ones intelligence you would have to factor in how you got the solutions. Was it random trial-by-error or did the person recognize the hidden "key" to the puzzle a midst the puzzle's traps. Another key factor is how many times the same mistake was made before it was recognized as a mistake and was it repeated after recognition.
