This is really astonishing, I love this song, I have it in my playlist and although I am not a fan of the original Bond series I think it captures the mood of the whole franchise much much better than what the studio chose :( As a rule when I watch the new Bond movies I fast forward the title songs, which wouldn't be the case with this gem :)

This is a pretty dang good song and sounds like a real Bond song! The movie was edited sooooo poorly though (I watched it twice and the second time watched for how almost all action scenes had cuts every second or two or less!) making it almost impossible to see what was going on. Plus the story was lame. At least the girls were still hot and the locales nice to look at. Still, my least favorite Bond film of all.

See, to me this fits the movie better because the overall theme was that Bond was seeking vengeance for his lost love and thus, it needs to be a darker, much more reserved theme. The first movie was about him being an egotistical hot head, thus the perfect song.

Yeah it does sound very Tarantino and has a very retro bond sound to it.  Problem is, it doesnt build to any crescendo, no punctuating parts in it. By the end of the song, I'm falling asleep! Need more dynamic riffs. On its own merit its a song I wont mind having on my mp3 player though :)

Good Lord. Has a very 60's bond feel, but he sings a with the eccentric 60's sound of someone like Syd Barret. A stronger voice would have worked. I like it as a theme, though the Keys/White song did actually grow on me.
