  • Okay, I have fallen in love with you...you just make my heart sing....

  • Why is embedding disabled? :(

  • I love this song a lot and guess what!?!?! My Hawaiian Monarchy teacher is one of the dancers!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ALOHAです、感謝+

  • I love dancing this mele. All of his songs are beautiful

  • Nada Sousou or namida sousou is the original Japanese/Okinawaian song. Keali'i has a version with small melody changes to fit well with the language.

Both versions are beautiful. Haley Westenra has even sung the Japanese version in English. all versions are truely love stories.

  • とっても良い曲だと思います。

  • good cover but original japanese version is better.

  • @tyannkonabeumaize People identify with the first version they hear and it is nearly impossible for most to like the other versions they hear without comparing. Try to hear the uniqueness of each artist and not compare.

  • Thank you♪

    ~~Japan~~

  • @lejandro3312003: The spray of the sea comes as a breath/Rustling the leaves of the ti plants/Like a perfumed whisper scenting the air/Ever calling to me. Chorus: Beloved, beloved indeed!/Beloved is the sweet remembrance/Beautiful, beautiful indeed!/Beauty embodies the seaside home... The mind wanders freely in the dark of night/Wakeful from the spirit-like voice of the sea/Precious images drift through my thoughts/Always bringing a sense of peace... Chorus

  • @lejandro3312003: The shade of the coconut grove is like family/Embracing me like the morning glory/Those who are gone become a thing of beauty/An everlasting adornment to hold dear... Chorus... The spray of the sea recounts the story/That perfumed murmur of the deep of night/The pathway lies before us that we tread/Beckoning us ever forward... Chorus -end.

  • @lejandro3312003: Keali'i says in the "Ke'alaokamaile CD booklet that "this is a mele (song) about his granma’s beach home on the windward side of Maui, recalling the sights and sounds of growing up in Pa'ia".

  • @nephsam thank you very much for the reply ... it really helps me to understand the song... i really love the melody even the voice of the singer .... again thank you...

  • @lejandro3312003: You're welcome! You might take a look of the version I uploaded for this same song in my account before I have to delete, YouTube has just become like any other website about "copyright infringement" :-P
