They might eiither be Korean models or (maybe) pneumatic sirens by the German company Hörmann. Besides their use in (West)Germany in the cold war, Hörmann sold these pneumatic sirens to many countries including Israel.
Note the immediate end of the sound when the siren winds down- it's done when the air pressure to the chopper is stopped. Therefore I think its a pneumatic siren.
Anyone know when they typically do these? I'm in Gwangju, do they do them here? I'd like to film one and post it. Anyone? Anyone?

sometimes after siren, some fighter fly high speed. so some people believe broken war.(but it is miss judge ment)
