Vitamin C is one of the best antioxidents, thats why the dam FDA and drug companies are trying to regulate it and let people get it through prescription only. They have gone mad if they think people will allow this. if it were up to them, they would regulate all vitamins in America because they know their drugs cause more disease than good. Another thing, losing weight without weight lifting exercise leads to muscle loss as well as fat loss. What you wanna aim for is to lose two pounds of fat per week and with 4 to 5 days of strength training.
