(1) Both Xbox 360 and PS3 plays at 30 frames per second. Only PC can you exceed 60 fps and go as high as 2000 + fps

(2) GTA 4 plays on Medium to low settings at 20-30 fps on both 360 and PS3.

(3) A PC can be hooked up to an HDTV as well.
