  • Dude, that´s amazing, been working out for a year now and seeing som great results, but still I can´t do a simple handstand. Guess I have to work harder on ym core, since ,I for the most part, have been working my arms and upperbody.

  • check out my tutorial... it has way more details!!

    :)

  • HOLY FUCK NUTS

  • core work out for sure

  • i can do handstand for 45 seconds...

  • can you make a tut?

  • MILLENCOLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN

  • very nice thank you

  • I think this video is for pros looking to get better, not beginner or anywhere in between.

    Its impressive though!

  • how does this improve my handstands???

you've just shown variety of handstands. not improving it!

  • WOAH. you dont even have your hips over your head in your handstand... YOU TANK! :D

  • WOW- GREAT VIDEO... THANKS FOR POSTING... YOU'VE GIVEN ME SOME GREAT IDEAS FOR DEVELOPING MY STRENGTH TO TAKE THESE MOVES FURTHER... I appreciate it man. : )

  • This video doesn't help me to improve, just allows me to admire. Did I miss the 'How to' in this?

  • awesome

  • wow you have amazing balance!

  • kwl vid, ur very strong, how long can u do a v sit?

  • @LIONS124 about 10 to 15 seconds--depends on the height of my legs ;)

  • ohhh ... the title says "How to"... i thought it was a guide...

So to do it we just need... do it... easy like that! yep i'll try and if I don't break my neck i come back and tell how it was!

  • @pitermont right, that's why it is called "...to improve..." and not "...to learn...". It's supposed to help those who already can do a solid handstand but have no idea of gaining mor balance and strength...

  • wtf i cant do this

  • You should try chinese pole too! =D

  • hot

  • ¡uʍop ǝpısdn ʞןɐʇ oʇ unɟ os sʇ,ı

  • amazing :)

I wish I was able to hold my handstands but I either go into a bridge or fall.

  • hey uhm... have you experienced blood rushing through your face? like tiny blotches of blood appearing after doing this?

  • @Pitchaxistheorem not really, no O_o' of course I do feel a kind of higher blood pressure but nothing harmful actually. normally I don't do handstands longer than 30 seconds and then I rest for another minute.

  • @Pitchaxistheorem

it goes away after a lot of training. it has something to do with training your blood circulation

  • @BigTentacleEnt Oh that makes sense... Thanks now i feel i don't need to hesitate.

  • dude, you have outstanding body strength, may i recommend your type of sport, freerunning and parkour, i garantee you will like it!

  • @toffo2productions thank you, I actually do parkour. recently more indoor climbing, but I love jumping around :D

  • @toffo2productions I don't see whats so hard about locking out your arms....

  • hw long does it take to learn a solid handstand?

  • @ePakamatches i started as a complete newbie ;) and it took about 2 years to stand a few seconds and to consiously decide whether to keep standing or to go down.

  • @icyape damn it takes 2 years ?.. im practicing alot of moves.. and handstand is pretty hard.. how of en did you practice to make it in 2 years?

  • @sWeDEshuffLER92 I practiced every other day and sometimes at home when I felt like practicing. but I started as an absolute beginner. I practically had no experience and was already 20 years old ;)

  • this is more like a show off then a tutorial..

  • damn! yummy! you made handstands sexy!!! great tutorial btw, ill try all the other complicated ones once i can get off my forearms for the half handstand xD

  • COOL!

  • i can do all of these, and, by experience, i can happily recommend this video to beginners to intimidate hand-standees!

  • lol these aren't necessarily ways to improve handstands.. just different ways to get up into one

  • Those aren't his ribs btw, it's his serratus anterior...! + his abdominal "oblique" muscles... so actually he's ripped not skinny :/

  • Those aren't his ribs btw, it's his serratus anterior...!

  • thanks this video really helped!

  • beastly. nice vid but not like i can do half of it haha

  • WOW! just by watching you do it i nearly nailed it but balancing is hard and i asometimes get too scared, and THNX This is WAAYY! better than those stupid tutorials who taught me shit

  • FUCK MEN! U R SO STRONG

  • cool . or u could kick yar legs up and your hands should be closed to each other to gain balance

  • y cant u walk hahahahaha

  • @marco11300

are you kidding, this guy is fking ripped, especialy if you're able to do that.

  • HOW OLD R U

  • @GymnastixFreaks i'm nearly 25 and when i made the video i was 22 years old.

  • @GymnastixFreaks ....... by your comment and well.. if you can call that spelling I'm assuming you're 12? yes?

  • So how long have you been in the circus? o.O

  • what exercises do you do to get that kind of strength :(?

  • My arms aren't that long :( it's not fair

  • I KISSED THE GROUND XD

  • boner...

  • DO NOT do it on the wall, your body will get used to doing handstands on the wall and will be ALOT harder to do them...

  • @marco11300 dude nothing wrong with his rips. that shows solid build. wts wrong with u

  • couldnt do the ones where u sit

  • @marco11300 you can't imagine how much i actually eat... with a lot of effort i finally managed to gain 6kilos (after five years of holding my weight), but still i look pretty much the same as in the video---it's hopeless :-/

  • @icyape Gey a bowflex, and use muscle milk after work outs. You'll get RIPPED I'm telling you.

  • i couldnt do step 5, 7 & 8 =(

  • hehe 12 sec it looks like he has a boner :P

  • @boardchic101 14 years and right in the middle of puberty...

  • @boardchic101 why would you look

  • dude thats fucking sick!!!

  • thanks man, i know how to do handstands, but with this video i just perfected them, thanks once again!!

  • you've GOTTA have helluh upper body strength to do what this guy does .

  • whats the song playing at 19 seconds onward??? its awesome! also sick video man... i still got a lot of practice to do myself..

  • @sumrandomaccount420 thx for your comment! the song is "ray" by millencolin from the album "kingwood" [2005] ...it's a really great album--i can only recommend it ;)

  • Ha i can see your ribs your skinnny

  • @Dhelsel123 Haha! Lol. That's Abs! :> Part Of Abs I Mean. :)

  • to do a handstand is not really a matter of strength. it just means your are more used to your body than others

  • i have a questen:

how do you keep your body in balance??

if i try it,my legs falls on the ground

  • idk why god did not gave this talent to me

  • it's kind of bizarre, but I can do number 6 and partly 7 but I can't do it from a regular position (standing up) =S

  • Holy shit.

  • Damn you are strong....i have 85kg and can do this ;) ;) but with small problems...

keeep it up the good work ;)

    7- i cant :S

    nice vid!!

  • i could do that but one i waalk on my hands i just go back words

  • Dude is this like superman!?!?!?

  • hey how do you do handstands from crouching? cuz i get 1/2 way up but then i fall

what do u do or what parts of ur body do u use to go up? plz help me out.... thanks

  • @ferx01able i suspect that you bend your arms as soon as you lift your body, so try to keep them straight... of course that requires some strength, but do some pushups and handstand pushups and it won't be a problem anymore (you could also try step 7 cuz then you'll train your back, shoulders and core at once)

  • strong hands dude

  • hell of a biceps strength

  • INsANE!!!!

  • awesome !!

  • @luccaueda i don't know if you were the 1st or 2nd person in your video. but the 1st guy should not look over the left shoulder but jump straight backwards/up. and both of you (1st and 2nd) should tuck faster and grab your knees for a blink of an eye in order to be closer to your center of gravity and to rotate faster ;)

    keep it up!!!

  • beast

  • u r sooo strong....

  • can you also fly?

  • My personal best on handstands is like 4 seconds :D

  • O M G !!!

  • @Greave12 it depends... it can be a matter of strength, then you should train your shoulders, triceps, abs and core. if it's "only" a matter of balance just keep on practising ;) but nevertheless, try at first to push yourself off the ground, so do a little jump--not too intensive, otherwise you could fall over. keep it up!!

  • tq for this video...........

  • I give up hahaha.....

  • how are you able to do those??? like the elephant lift and straddle?? do you have to train ur core extremely well to do these???

  • @krnriceboi619 when you're doing it as slow as i am, then it requires indeed more core strength as well as a strong back and arms. but you can do most of them more acurate by positioning your center of gravity better (in my case that would require more flexibility) or you could do it a little more dynamic...

  • how to do the straddle position?!?!?!?! help me please ! :D

  • @fuppesplaya24 first of all, you should handle the crouch handstand. for the straddle you can place your feet a little higher than your hands (e.g. a stair, but not too high). then it'll be easier to lean forward and to bring your center of gravity above your hands. that involves to lean your shoulders a bit more forward than your hands. at the latest in this moment you'll need a lot of body tension to swing up. for the first tries you can "jump" slightly and push with your legs. keep it up!!

  • @icyape ok i'll try this. thank you!

  • And... how can I improve my hand stand ? Good video but bad name

  • k im fat but im able to keep myself up but havent got the balance yet. am i able to do a handstand?

  • @KhmaiBodian559 sure!! the more straightened your arms are the easier it'll be because you won't need that much strength. of course, you also need some body tension but that is also possible for guys with a little more weight ;) keep it up!!

btw: training balance requires some time--i'm on it for 5 years now and still i'm not a pro

  • alot of the balance is on ur hands

  • you would dominate at pole vaulting!!!

  • this is retarded... how does this improve handstands, your just showing off... :S

  • Awesome, I could do most of them but then you got to the push ups with your feet off the floor and thats when i fail, I could go only down but can't push up. Besides that. This video is awesome!

  • is doing handstands bad? Cause the blood in your body rushes to your head when you're up, and rushes down when you stop. I get head aches and a pain in my chest after a couple, is that bad??Please answer back someone, a doctor hopefully...

  • @ObitoUzumaki233 generally, handstands are not unhealthy and you should get used to the blood in your head so that it doesn't disturb you anymore... but headaches and pain is not what it is supposed to cause!

maybe, your blood pressure is too high or something like that!? i guess you should consult a doctor. wish you the best!!

  • @ObitoUzumaki233 you'll get used to it.

  • awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

    but im just 15........

  • Hand stands don't require alot of strength, just alot of balance

  • Dam jealous that u can do it so well and stable..:( .. i keep failed ;(

  • When I do it... My back is REALLY arched... how do I keep it straight?

  • @56katie56 flex your abs deliberately--best possible when your doing the handstand against the wall or under a door frame. ask someone to corrext your position. :) good luck!

  • @56katie56 u can do it with back arched just nedd to get ur legs in right position...

  • thank you for helping me

  • handstand.sorry.

  • now i can only do a ahdnstand with wall support.once i can do a handtsnad without support,i wanna try frog balance to handstand :D

  • estas bien mamado

  • i can do all them apart the pike one

we do them all th eitme in gymnastics

  • oooh....I wanna do that! :) I'm too long, lanky, and weak. lol

  • @AprylRed if you got long arms you're lucky, start working out. My arms are too small to pull my body underneath me like that :(

  • @iDeaTHeoRyi :) I would think short arms would be better. closer to the ground. :)

  • dude ur extremely strong.....i dont think i can do that

  • it's hard man.

  • YOU NINJA! :O watch i go try a handstand now and crack my head open..

    lmao

  • check my tutorial =] see if u learn anyting differnt noice doe (Y)

  • well done!

  • I can do about 9 vertical push-ups against a wall, and take about 3 steps on my hands, but I feel like I haven't got the muscles to correct my balance once I'm up, what exercises did you do to be able to do all those?

  • basically, you gain balance only by doing lots of handstands--10minutes a day the whole year ;)

but you can also intensify your training by doing handstands on benches, boxes, small walls and so on where you're somehoew forced to keep balance. this helped me a lot to achieve balance as fast as possible.

  • @icyape Thanks for this. I have found I can do a fair few amount of push ups against the wall,b ut fail dismally at a hand stand.

Guess the only thing to do is try everyday!

  • for balance it's more about applying pressure on either you finger tips or palms depending on which way your legs are going toward ( if you legs are falling forward, over you head

then push with your fingertips, if your legs fall back then push on your palms.)

  • holy shit....you are strong 0_o

  • hell yea millencolin!!

  • mate i cant do any one of those

u must teach us a easier way for the first step... then the others will be easier

  • if you cant do it against a wall or so... then ask someone to help you and stop your legs when you kick them off in the air.

  • Yeah these are good ways to improve your handstand. IF YOU HAVE MUSCLES THE SIZE OF YOUR HEAD AND HAVE AMAZING CORE STRENGTH.

  • yer not everyone can do these things especially straddles hard as fuck

  • bro..start at push up...start today and to it everyday...

  • he said that this is how to improve your handstand now how to do one.

  • kudos

  • I can´t do almost nothing, but, maybe in the next ten years...

  • thanks so much

  • i can handstand for about 10 seconds then i just randomly fall .

  • i can do handstand for about 2 seconds =-(

  • k thnx

  • Let's see I can't do... 2 to 8 lol

  • When I was gr. 3, Im really good at this but now that Im gr. 7, I cant balance anymore ;(

  • it would slide down anyway ;)

  • i can do that

  • Comment removed

  • funny if somebody opened the door :L

  • are you in like gymnastics or something? you have lots of upper body strength!

  • ...a bit of everything ;)

gymnastics, parkour, rock climbing, basketball etc.

  • My friend just the 8th one everytime he starts to train lol. I've tried it myself it's bare hard

  • Try looking at the wall instead of the floor, this will straighten your spine out and your handstand will look better and provide better stability once you

  • awesome strength man

  • That guy is so fucking powerful!!!

  • haha looks like u can be a good breakdancer

  • hey i have a problem... when i do a handstand I always keep on falling back or I go up to far....

and if I get the point where I could stand my arms start to pain... what should i do

  • when you fall back or go to far it's prolly a matter of body tension. try to push yourself up with more control. you can train that by placing your hands close to a wall and correcting your position in the handstand in order to stay straight.

the pain in your arms (wrist or muscles?)... either a matter of strength --> then try to strech your arms fully ...or a matter of habituation of your joints

...hope it helps ;) keep it up

  • @icyape thank you man I'll try it and then I'll tell you :-)

  • workout more

  • On this video on point 3 you don't do from crouch to handstand you just push up with legs yourself that's why you go straight ahead after standing :) I can stand on hands but I trying to find all posibilitis to do handstand just like you :)

  • pushing up with your legs would be one possibility but this one is more out of (arm-)strength because i'm leaning forward a little bit before straightening my legs...
