  • this is such a great workout to do. I am not a young girl but i do the exercises on here anyways and I am out of shape because these exercises are kicking my butt. I am 23 by the way. I am going to do this everyday.

  • @Rabia4701 The goal in doing these workouts is not necessarily weight loss, because every girl has a different body type and has different goals, but if you change how you eat and exercise, but making better choices every day, your body composition will absolutely change. This means that bad weight (excess fat) will begin to change to good weight (new muscle) and you will definitely look and feel better. Good luck - Jessy

  • isnt it bad for girls to do this kind of exercise at such a young age when their bones and their muscles and such have not stop growing? would it affect their height?

  • @Maricarmen417 Good question. These workouts are doctor-designed and safe for girls age 8 and up. They will not affect height, and they are no more intense or stressful on a growing body than a gym class at school or playing on a soccer, or baseball team which many girls already do at this age. They are much less intense than gymnastics classes that girls the same age routinely participate in. So enjoy, have fun and work at your own pace, that is why there are 3 different levels to follow! 

  • heheheh this girl is so cute!! its very nice kids out there are getting into good habits, i been working very hard to get good tone muscles and this lil girl already has tone little muscles, but i also hope she is enjoying this time of her life, eating whaterver she wants, but healthy, and having fun with little girls. remember too skinny its not good but too fatty neigther it is!.

  • as a parent I feel the girls are dressed a little skimpy for their age. I clicked on this looking for a workout video link to send one of my friends and this one came up I was in shock when realized it was kids. I almost closed the video and went to another one and then she started talking. As a fitness and Nutrition Coach she is very informative and is hits the nail on the head with what she has to say. Stick with what you are doing kiddo you are doing great, just put on some different clothes?

  • @alyheartyou Your body weight is determined by your lifestyle more than your genetics. HOw you look today is a result of the foods you have eaten and the activity you have done up until now. To lose weight and have a better body all you need to do is make better choices with how you eat and how you move. The bigger the changes the faster the results.

  • @alyheartyou I would only do the workout every other day for the first 3 months until your body gets used to it.

  • @alyheartyou It is very important that when you start an exercise program you first check with your doctor to make sure you are able to do it. It sounds like you pulled some of the abdominal muscles while you were exercising. I recommend that you wait a week and then start back at it slowly, following Brooklyn (on the left) and working at your own pace. - Good Luck!

  • @BrazilianVS Thank you for your kind words. Keep up the great work and make sure you drink water before and during each workout. Then eat a well balanced meal with chicken or fish and lots of veggies after your workout. Remember not too much sugar! ;)

  • I think a "fuller" size girls will help all girls feel they can do it too! My daughter is trying to get fit but has a "Beyonce" shape..Love what you're doing. Let's just make it appeal to all kids of different shapes/colors.We will still try and do it. As she my 9 year old does the 30 day shred with me

  • @candeegryllock Thanks for your feedback. We definitely do have a vision to help ALL girls feel good about themselves and how they move. To date all 6 videos have been with Jessy, her sister Brooklyn and their cousin or their dance friends, who happen to be in good shape already.   • I LOVE this video! So empowering and inspiring for young women! And I don't see anything wrong with their clothing... at all. They're working out! I have nieces and I wouldn't mind them wearing a sports top and bottom to workout! Look at how cheerleaders and gymists dress... what exactly is the difference? They look great! Keep it going young ladies!

  • This is great, Im 14 years old, I did as they did on the video and and it's already super. I will to do this for a while, because I think this will really work to get a nice body :)

  • This is probably the most disciplined 10 yr old ever. I don't exactly agree with the tummy showing on the girls, but it's not like you can see their boobs or butts either. I mean their swim suits are probably more revealing. And with all the stuff 10 year olds see on tv with other people showing their bodies in other ways, I don't think any children will be too tainted by watching a workout video with a tummy showing. I think a childrens work out video is a great idea.

  • I was wondering im 21 and have possible a gall bladder problem as well as really wanta loose some weight in a healthy and save way and have tried almost everything.. I am active and do zumba and belly danceing and that but still have trouble looseign the extra couple of pounds.. do you have any suggestions??

  • this is actually nicely put together. I was expecting very much because they are pretty young, but it's a very nice series. The main girl at the beginning is great. She seems like a girl that other girls should look up to. She's fantastic at public speaking..wonder if she's interested in politics :) Anyway, I'm a 21 year old girl and I've worked out to a couple of the videos and they seem like they all have a nice variety for my age group as well

    great workout but is itpossible to do more of eache xcercie? coz 1 minute each one i guess its oo short specially if ure really in a hurry desperate and hav no patience desperate to as soon as posible get a great fit body

  • this looks like a great workout! i'm 23 but i'm gonna try it out anyway. the girls are dressed a little skimpy though... lol. & i'm not even super conservative. i like the idea of getting girls to start exercising at a younger age, but i think they could be wearing normal workout clothes.

  • @xobekahgirl Thanks for your feedback. All future videos have been filmed with more conservative clothing covering the girls tummies. :)
