It's just one of the options I get when rendering a video on Sony Vegas. I can chose the video format, then the quality of the video. And of course almost always choose HD for you guys lol :D

you should try making more of seizure amvs with some faster movies and more flashy fighting scenes, the scenes here were too long , also the part where u put multiple movie parts in one scene, that was sloppy there were subtitles and the edges were pretty noticable, with some effects u can clear them away more

Depends on your comp and connection, etc.
But it goes pretty fast for me. At max it usually takes 5mins to as fast as 45seconds =P
