I saw him atleast 5 times in a day but my stupid sim wouldn't stop "performing tai chi" so he always missed the ninja !

you need the sims 2 von voyage and go to takemizu village and to find the ninja,and if you found it talk to him then he has a question and if you answer that correctly then you can teleport.
