I remember talking to a just retired FBI agent here in Ireland around twenty years ago.He was on a fishing holiday in the south west.Law enforcement conversation for a good while as I was in that area myself.I remember asking him about Dr.King and whether James Earl Ray was really believed to be the killer.Given that he was a small time crook with no apparent skills as a marksman could he realy have done it and then protested his innonence ever since.His response "Hoover was all powerful".
