The way I push myself in juggling is by watching your videos then trying to mimic it:) works out pretty well! haha

how much do each of the pins weigh? i tried tossing a real bowling pin up and down when i was little and it pegged me in the face and it hurt like hell. It weighs like seven pounds! so im guessing ur not using actually bowling pins.

You should learn the 5 ball half shower and the 4 ball hi-lo shower. Try it, they will ease your way to other tricks. I've learnt them in a matter of weeks and they really look cool. Seriously, try it out.

I'm not really juggling as much as I used to... so I'm not working on that much...

Occasionally I practise 4 ball mills mess, and sometimes 4 clubs.. but it's still to cold to juggle outside, so I'll have to wait until the summer.

when you kick the club up, you have the club the wrong way around.

the club should be at a 45* angle on your foot with the handle right by your inside ankle. when you kick it up keep our foot under your knee if that makes any sense, that locks it between your foot and shin, give a sidways kick and your shin adds the flip to the trick.

Good video, but a lot of tricks are repeated from the #5 one. I do like the brief 3 ball penguin at 5:12. But in my opinion, you overdid mills mess. I would work on some body throws. otherwise great vid
