For example, the song "UMMUM" (My Ummu) has been composed by a villager whose beloved girl drown in the river, and he could not save her..

@NoRomancelnChina2 - My Dear NoRomanceInChina2, I am not exactly sure but.. This song must be an anonymous song, no composer known, just as the majority of Turkish Folk songs.. For example, the song "UMMUM" (My Ummu) has been composed by a villager whose beloved girl drown in the river, and he could not save her..

@haltay2 - let me please clarify - I mean that this song, Gelin Aysem, does not any characteristic to show its composer is an alevi, so this is a beautiful song, but exactly ordinary, shows no alevi characteristic.. If you want to listen to an alevi song, listen to "Zahir bizi tan eyelme".. I am not alevi, and I like this song.. I listened to this song 25 years ago in a religious song cassette, sunni.. Sunni music is exactly using alevi music, too.. because they are the same music..
