  • Had a ticket, then I wasnt in Hobart so I missed out sadly, Empire is a great band!

  • lol looks intence:D

  • @AblueTee yeah intense is one word for it...yeah it was a pretty cool night..im going to change my style of makikng these kind of videos too..it sounds a bit too journalistic

  • Empire of the Sun Rule !!!!!

  • @johnshouse1000 yeah they are a pretty good band

  • I wish i could have been there. It looks like lots of fun

  • @kiwidweller1 I wish you could have been there too

  • Everybody seems to be having a great time

  • @sparkomarko1 yeah it was a great day.......everybody was having a great time and also behaving themselves at same time......

  • nice band nice vid nice channel

  • @alansworld100 thnx a lot

  • NICE! Listen to them on triple J all the time, great band. Soundscape sounds like a great festival.

  • @8cuttlefish8 yeah its a bit like tassies version of BDO which we dont get down here which really annoys the f*ck out of me. Soundscape is held on the Regatta Grounds on Queens Domain in Hobart in full view of the mountain and right beside the River Derwent so its a really nice spot......

  • @8cuttlefish8 ......The area is fenced off for the day with those portable wire mesh fences... otherwise noone would pay to get in..with two stages either end and they alternate between the two stages all day..... each band playing for an hour each.......and with enough booze flowing to sink the Titanic..but the ground is devided in half lengthways.....one half is for drinking and the other half for non drinkers if drinking is not your thing...

  • @8cuttlefish8...... so whether u r a drinker or non drinker you can get right up close to both stages.....theres plenty of food stalls to get something to eat...and plenty of security......

  • @8cuttlefish8 We also have the Falls Festival which would stack up against any Rock Festival in Australia and goes for 3 and a half days and about 16,000 people ...mostly between the ages of 18 and 28.... camp out down at Marion Bay in one of the most picturesques settings in Australia and essentially get bent, pissed and laid and not necessarily in that order...

  • @8cuttlefish8 a massive tent city springs up over night.......and the whole area is spread over a huge area...the two main stages being easily over a kilometre apart with bands playing continuously and simultaneously over that period until you get to the headline act which plays on the main stage and plays up till Midnight on New Years Eve and sees the new year in and then continues playing on after that...

  • @8cuttlefish8 it is one of those events which is not over hyped.........there really is a good vibe all the way thru and it never gets boring..and you can feel the electricity in the air...... AND all the testoserone.....just kidding.....

.......its held Dec29th, 30th, 31st and Jan 1st every year

  • @8cuttlefish8 We also have MSFest which is held in Launceston..the first two Rock Festivals being held in the south of the state...and you get over 12,000 people who go to see that......its very much like BDO...

  • @8cuttlefish8 .....The rest of the live acts we get which tour the state either play at the Derwent Entertainment Centre which is capable of holding 7000 people or the Wrest point Entertainemnt Centre about 2,000 people or at Hobarts City Hall..it also holds about 2000 people..or we use a Footy Oval....when ACDC were here when they toured the time b4 last the concert was at held up at the TCA Ground...

In Launceston touring bands usually play at the Silverdome...

  • Looks like a blast Bob :o)

  • @SpookInTheMachine yeah it was and i really like Empire of lthe Sun
