because verizon stops everything that doesn't work basically. i have had 5 of the green original chocolates, and 3 of the ice blue chocolates. once the 2nd ones are stop being made, i will get another upgrade. it is ridiculous because i hardly use my phone and when i want to use my phone its being gay not working. my sister has also had a problem with her envy and has gotten upgraded for free also.

how does Vcast work i'm thinking of getting this phone

you just go into music and go to the thing that says Vcast, then enter the music you want. you can search by artist, album, song or all. you preview 20 seconds of the song. the rihgtones work the same way but its in verizon wireless tones deluxe. theres also VWZ song ID which lets you identify music that is playing somewhere, like if you really want to know a song. its great!

the only problem is charging- it has to be at a certain angle to charge, and the battery life isnt great

it has great speakers, VCast, its great but you get tired of it after a few months
