My Grandmothers brother may he rest in peace killed at Vimy Ridge August 12/1915. Talking to my grandmother years ago she stated that he was only 13 as she signed the papers that his mother refused to sign to let him go. he was Born in 1902. I still have the Silver Mothers cross that she wore to the day she passed away and then gave it to my Grandmother who gave it to my Father and now I have it alongl with his web belt and bullet pouches.
