i disagree also erin, i think they have great chemistry and feels like he is so proud of what shes cooking always and she looks him in the eyes and its great :)
Does anyone else find the halloween tradition a lil peculiar ...
Loving mom cautions: "Okay kids never talk to strangers" but this one day a year "go to their house, and they will give you candy" LOL .. We did participate when my daughter was of age btw
why does that guy keep saying how deadly this chocolate bar is? as if anyone is going to make that now...also stop talking about putting needles in the chocolate bars. Is this guy for reals?
@2calista6, honey does come from bees, but not in the same way other animal products come. It's very natural and, if you can find a local provider, it will be unprocessed. It might not be exactly vegan in the sense of the word, but is raw and I would consider it a vegan food
@mamadank, he said at the end of the video that it wouldn't agree with his stomache, so maybe he just isn't a bug sugar person but thinks that others who do have a big sweet tooth will enjoy the treats
i agree, you come off as a pretentious know it all. your attitude towards the sugar content comes across as some super elitist hippie nonsense and is more of a turn off than anything else. your wife is awesome, dont be such a dick.
if you wouldnt eat it, dont make it. if its not good enough for you then its not good enough for us, other than you just sound like an asshole.
okay, you don't have to keep going "uh-huh, yeah, uh-huh." you're the cameraman, you don't have to blandly acknowledge that you heard what your wife said.
I Love this recipe AnnMarie I have 4 kids and I am allergic to yeast and gluten. This recipe is awesome for the halloween holiday approaching at least we know that these are preservative free. Kids Love Sugar.. I may even try the maple syrup instead of the agave it looks delicious!! Me and the kids thank you

Mate, the constant undermining of your wife in this video is embarrassing. Even the comment regarding recreating the taste of a snickers bar, if cauliflower is popcorn then this is a snickers, get it.
i love you guys but I can never understand why you're so rigid about eating ONE LITTLE THING :P they're RAW for pete's sake! I think you'll survive. lol.
also, when showing a recipe that you're suggesting other people eat, you maaaay not want to emphasize 100 times that you wouldn't eat it yourself :P
other than that, love everything about your show :P take care!
As a junk-food vegetarian, my fav candy bar was snickers :) I am definitly gonna try these as a christmas confection, everyone else is making confection in denmark around christmas, so glad there are some great raw candy things too :D All I need now is raw cacao powder and raw cashews and a crinder xD And agave, but I would use honney instead... I think I will do these next year, don't have enough of all those ingrediants :p thanks!
Oh, my husband just pointed out that Snickers have a layer of nuts in them under the caramel, even though these are made with nuts, they seem more like a 3 musketeer. How kind of him to notice! LOL!
Wow! My husband (an omnivore) would love this! I agree that it looks too sweet, but maybe I will make some for him and his friends at work! Thanks for the raw heart attack recipe! LOL! Just kidding! ;)
Everyone shouldn't have a heart attack over this. This is halloween, one day of the year. If you eat raw every day and stay away from too much sugar, something like this won't hurt you. It's not like they're Snickers bars. I'm gona try this and hey, if you don't want all the sugar, use something like agave or whatever. Good stuff.
yes they trick or treat in other countries, in canada, and the uk calls it give a penny to the man? something like that, then they build a big bon fire
I'm making home made play dough!!! because I don't want to contribute to childhood obesity and diabetes, and the parents don't have to worry about poisons and needles and stuff.
That looks YUMMY if only the agave would be quartered!! I'll be trying a much less sweet version. Good video! Thanks so much!
We had some snow flurries in Pittsburgh today, too. Brrrr!!
OMG Did this take almost an entire day to make? It looked like it would take a lot of time and cleanup afterward to create them. I bet kids would LOVE them, though! I'm *not* showing this video to KDcat! :-P
Thank you for the video ...nice for a treat!

@EmzilyD honey is raw and often unprocessed and pretty good for you. It's definitely not vegan though.

Question?? How can you call that a "raw vegan" treat? It has honey in it! Do you know where honey comes from BEES!

When you eat healthy it's really hard to eat junk like that. and just because it's raw doesn't make it healthy.

It does look tasty, and wouldn't mind trying myself.
But I like sweets.
Too bad for the guy who can't eat them. My grandmother will soon be 100 and still lives in her own home and is in pretty tip-top shape.
While she eats three meals a day, she eats whatever she wants, and that includes Snickers bars!!
I feel sorry for people who waste so much of their lives (and money) worrying about this kind of stuff.
Just common sense eating and exercise is the "trick"...not all this mumbo-jumbo!

those look amazing...sickeningly sweet, but amazing none the less
needles in candy...I never got one, none of my friends ever got one, but they sure do hype up the fear on the news, don't they?
personally, I'm at the point where I don't condone begging or pagan rituals anymore, but, to each devil his own...

We go to the craft supply store and get the boxes of little bubble bottles (used at weddings) and decorate them with halloween stickers.

Yes the kids do come trick or treating here in the UK, always have done BUT the kids normally want money, not sweets.
We are supposed to be getting snow here, (I'm in the North East of the UK) this week sometime, the whole of the UK apparently.
Hugs xx
