i dont get that tho? because i gota eat 3000 calouries a day to build muslce mass, but my protein intake is 200 grams a day, and my fats around 90 grams a da, and carbs about 300 or more to add up to 3000 or less, but that means to get that much carbs i gota eat carbs in every single meal?

This does not make sense because your body will metabolize the fat and the carb to feed its bodily functions. Until your body gets enough of what it needs does it start to store extra food as fat? So mixing carbs with fat wont get turned into fat until they become empty calories.
