I have had this happen, but with a RPG. We were doing RPG's only on shipment (about 8 of us) and i died right when pulling the trigger. My RPG was spinning like crazy, you could hear it. It made the sound rpg's make when flying, and it was spinning in circles (without laterally moving).

you get FLASH, STUN and SMOKE glitches as well its just game lag concentrated to one point still cool

they are rpgs or frozen smoke grenades that have stopped moving becuase of lag otherwise known as a "lag ball" becuase if you walk through it you get severe lag
