Actually, he saw the movie "Happy Feet" only once but he's a natural dancer. His mother salsa danced quite a bit in her early stages of pregnancy with him. So the rhythm is in his bones.

It looks like he's mimicking what he's seen of tap dancers in movies and shows and things, wasn't this song in Happy Feet? He's already figured out which sounds which taps make and how to use his weight. He's a total natural, get him in a class!
