theres no way only 258..... u shold b getting closer to 270.... check the tune. i was getting 245 to the wheels with weld in 40 series and a k&n intake....now getting 285 with tb, plentium, x pipe and catback with sct X3 tuner on 93 octane...
yeah idiot, they do put out 260 STOCK AT THE CRANK..he is putting down 258 RWHP (rear wheel horsepower)! Good good numbers for a full bolt-on 99-04 pi head GT!
If you really want some power then it's gonna be kind of expensive. You should get some PI (Power Improvement) heads, and a more aggressive cam. That would give you almost 50 at the rear wheels. But your talking 1300 for heads and cam, and about 1000 for labor.
Or you can put in 3.73 gears that would make it quicker.

im sure it pulls but 258hp doesn't sound right. They come 260hp with 300torque STOCK!!
