1. it was never said that the driver was a ghost. 2. the u turn was in fact a Scandinavian flick, preformed by rally drivers. 3. the "ghost car" drove through the chain link fence, there were clips holding the fence to the rails on the top of the fence not the bottom, allowing the car to drive through it and by the time the squad car gets to the fence and the dust settles a bit the fence is not moving.

The way that the car went is through the fence not the gap hole, as u see a smoke tyres over the fence. If the car went to the hole, it wouldnt go that straight, there should be a bit of sliding by that speed.

Fact or Faked proved this to be fake. They did several experiments and found that the fence was not secure on both sides at the bottom and when they drove at the fence, it just lifted up and the car went straight under leaving the fence to fall back into place seconds later.

actually the rings that hold the fence to the poles were missing at the lower half of the fence so small cars like the one in this video can go under the fence and it will go back in place....So the driver planned the route he or she was going to take

This is a good explanation. Though at the end I don't think the car went through the holes shown but rather a hole off camera. It can't really be seen as the cop cut the corner and the car went out of view but the car definitely didn't go though the holes I was seen. The hole it likely went through was never seen anywhere on the footage but was rather off camera to the left. The prescience of one (or in this case 2) hole(s) suggests the possibility of more.

That car had good enough time to get through the hole and by the time the cop car turned to look, the car's rear end was already at the angle perpendicular to the fence (almost exactly) and the "angle" of the cop car is just so that you can see the fence "only" and the slot is shadowed. It think you should do a bit more research. The resolution of the video shows a faded human figure, but ghosts can mimic the appearance of a human. Second, look closely as the car drives away from the fence, the car didn't go through the hole. Also, the fence would be vibrating or shaking from the car's impact with it.
