I have been having a hard time at my stall... Im almost 7 mnths since surgery, almost 140 lbs gone and now at my first stall, I know it will pick up again, but just dont like not losing, but NOT gaining is great.. Its people like you with your motivation that keeps me going along.. CONGRATS on your weight loss, and continued success!!! :)

I experienced alot of stalls on this journey, a horrible on at Christmas time that put me through a major depression.

Have you considered spiking your calories to give your metabolism a jump start? A simple increase of 300 or 400 calories with a reduction a week later can spark a loss. Just an idea.
