@HGDRN12 I drove a swapped built V8 s-10 to high school for 4 years put about 30K miles on it the cams and valves and springs and etc wear exactly the same it just chages the duration at which the exaust and intake valve open and makes twice the power thats why cars with undersize cams or factory cams are so weak they inhibit the full opening of the valve but its for gas mileage and polution but with a hot rod who cares fast and loud hell yeah
