@Areku911 Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, this software can be run only in Japan as you say, because it depends on whether it receives the earthquake early warning data which is sent from Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA).
If you are watching TV, suddenly you will see and hear this alert. My friends said that almost every hour you will hear this alert now because of this continuous aftershocks, and he is restless.

Is it possible to get this outside of Japan? I know it only works for people inside Japan, but I enjoy monitoring earthquakes.
