Hizb ut Tahrir are Wahhabis. Wahhabis were declared to be kuffar 200 years ago and helped to destroy the Ottoman Empire. So there is no way Hizb ut Tahrir could bring back a real Islamic state. They can only bring a Khawarij Wahhabi Taliban fake Islamic state.
