The banning of Pokemon in Frontier events is based on Stats - not on the Legendary-ness of a Pokemon. You cannot use Rayquaza, but you can use all of the Legendary Trio Pokemon. [Zapdos, Suicune, Azelf, Regice, etc] In addition, you can use the 5 pseudo-legendary Pokemon [Metagross, Dragonite, etc]. Rayquaza is banned because its stats are significantly higher than normal.

i know a cloning cheat 1. go to battle tower 2. deposit the 2 pokemon in a box with no other pokemon 3. log off and save 4.withdraw the 2 pokemon 5. speak to the 4th lady 6. enter the 2 pokemon 7. when she asks u do u want to save the game there is a pause 8. turn the game off 9. turn back on and walla there is the 2 pokemon in ur party and 2 pokemon in the PC My friend has got 20 lv63 Blazikens!

As for the hera x alak,hera was of course the winner,megahorn is the perfect move for alakazam,since alakazam has a shit of defence;fire punch wouldn't kill him,since hera sumtimes has a decent spdef,despite the high alak high sp.att dont know ur hera nature,but it just worked perfectly.

dude heracross r 1 of the best physical attackers in the game, trust me in the hands of a good competitive battler they can rip through an enntire team, and in emerald version shadow ball is physical

Heracross isn't so good against Alakazam. Imagine: Heracross used MEGAHORN! But attack missed! Foe Alakazam used FIRE PUNCH! Its super effective. Heracross fainted!

Salamence-i prefer a physical type salamence but yours is ok, i avtually like arial ace better than fly but its ok

Regirock-Once again, no hyper, also get rid of bolt for exposion, regirock is a physical attacker
