Just because they're apart of American music history doesn't dismiss the fact they're a substandard jam band. Hell, Milli Vanilli is apart of music history as well so Trey's point is half-baked. When Jerry died, it left a big void where bands like String Cheese and Phish tried to pick up where The Dead left off, but they've all failed miserably thus far. This video, although a parody, has a seed of truth to it and is hilarious!
