Nice jig and useful for me as i like to use the router for morticing.
Just one point. I make slip-tenons (Floating tenons) from plywood, and make the mortices to suit. The alternate grain makes for an even stronger tenon. I have a box full of strips ready cut, in varying thickness (like 6mm and 18mm or 25mm thick for big jobs!) All the best m'man.
Great vids, thank you for taking the trouble to share. I bet you have a great deal more of these jems and I'm going to keep an eye out for your posts. Well done.
Do you know why this guy is the greatest? because he gets it. He produces great, inexpensive ideas and shares them with everybody else. GREAT JOB! keep 'em coming
