How she realized it was because her fiance was an FBI agent and he was on a buss jacking and in the end, the person (not the fiance) died in an accident. 8 days later, her fiance died. the FBI agent (Raye Penber) aka her finace showed Light his ID, whitch made him know his name. Light wrote how exactly he died and everything.

This is a wierd series for me. Technically its repetitive and a lot of it is complicated purely for the sake of making the twists harder to predict. Yet even so I've watched this series several times, and wish I could forget I've watched it just so I can experience it all again. Does that make it a good series, or just a guilty pleasure? In this paticular scene he mocked Naomi with his offering to phone his father.Naomi was innocent, and Light took pleasure in killing her, even though he tortured her by killing her husband. In her final moments, all she could think of is that her husbands killer is right there, but it was inevitable, she was going to die and Light had won.
