  • Ha, i did this with a file and a serrated knife.

Not quite as effective, but it worked.

Good vid man, any advice on printing shirts? i read something about using sandpaper and crayons, but didnt understand it :L

  • @tHickman95 lol, no i've never printed shirts sorry, lol (x

  • @VictorKaos Ah, no problem mate.

Anyway, I took your advice with the jeans, and did it to the pair i mentioned earlier^^^, and it works so well!

  • What? my name is,

    What? my name is,

    What? my name is,

    SLIM ANUS

  • why dont you just go By a Pair of 40 dollar Hollister jeans

  • I know I found that out and was gonna make a vid for it, but someone already did ): lol

  • you can also cut it horizontally and pull out blue strings with tweezers. I just saw a video of it...

  • please do a up close version :(

  • this really helped ! thanks :)

  • heeyy can you put them in the dryer to get the flufffly line thing around it like in other videos ? or will it rip the strings ?? thanks for an awesome video !

  • Thats cool as hell, and last comment can stfu, i bet your broke fat ass couldnt afford a pair. But cool vid dude

  • Awww this is so sad! Ur so poor you can't afford Hollister jeans :*(

  • @ItsBrandonNow NO we are just fucking creative, something that if you were careful with money you'd actually try to be to get the same style shit. Oh and hollister jeans are made in sweatshops by underpaid foreign workers.

  • rofl they werent the holes you wanted lmao :)

  • or you can make them and make a smarter investment with the money you saved

  • or you can BUY some? smh.

  • Thanks! This helped a lot there's a lot morons that don't know how to rip jeans on here!

  • supposibly girls are supposed to know how to make fashion happen by actually knowing how to rip jeans. but your video, being a guy, is by far the best one ive seen out of them all. thanks alot! :)

  • Thank u and very nicely done.......(I agree with moxiegirl376)

  • Best one I've seen so far. Thanks!

  • nice

  • this is frickin awesome!!!!! dont know why i never thought of doing this. but definitely love this video thnx so much :)

  • We can hear you better if you turn off the music in the backround

  • I really don't understand why people would say that this is for people who can't afford expensive jeans. If you have older jeans laying around, then why not bring them back into style? Besides, who cares if people can't afford 100.00 jeans? Not everyone make's the kind of money that would allow them to throw money away on over-priced clothing. If you can make the same style at home for 1/3 the money, then why not. Thank you very much for the great tips. I'm going to give it a try later today!

  • Kool yo im finna try that thanks

  • how do you rip them like.. together ?

  • So I bought a $216 pair of pants from A&F. And I used this video to put holes in a cheaper pair. The cheaper ones look just as good. :) so thanks.

  • @DollUpAndSleepWalk woah you are crazy!! I can't believe you spent that much on a pair of pants!! They better be pretty sweet for that price! LOL !

  • @sakostuc9219 That's not even that much...But the fact of where he bought it from sickens me.

  • THANKS ! <3333

  • My younger brother brought abercrombie jeans for 70 dollars, ... wore it once, and wanted to throw it away, WTF?

  • Omg thats freakinq awesome! <3

The jeans you have on look like they came from hollister ! :D

    LOVE IT THANKS (:

  • BEST VIDEO FOR RIPPING JEANS ON THIS SITE.! i feel like i discovered gold by watching this video. i just got $10 *plain black skinny jeans* at old navy. and now they look awesome. *Thank you.

  • I just bought the hollister jeans with their big jeans sale. Might try with an older non-hollister pair though. Not bad

  • Best video for making hollister jeans and ripped jeans as well :D thank you!!!

  • thanks that seems really easy

I haven't tried it yet but hopefully I will!

  • thanks lol this helped alot:)

  • "If you rub it right, your holes will look like this."

  • nice! lol cool idea

I have some old jeans that i just want to re-wear, whats poor about that?

  • FINALLY SOMEONE THAT HELPED ME!!!

like you said every other video is either making a hole or making a rip in the jean

    so thank you!!!

  • cool, im totally gonna do this whenever i get my hands on sandpaper

  • aww. i love how the best video i found was by a guy. all the other videos were telling me to use cheese grators and what not. this video was exactly what i was looking for. and even though it took some time to get them to look like that.. it was totally worth it. thank you so much, :)

  • great video! i like the holes you do! thanks for putting this up.

  • awesome job, exactly what i was looking for! thanks!

  • that is pretty good i never did that w/ sandpaper i would just pull the strings which would take me 4ever. i thought the sandpaper would break the lengh wise threads but not so. thanks

  • Yeah i started doing that to jeans awhile back, i used to buy levi's from urban outfitters for like 60$ until i found out they sold the same ones at kholes for 50% cheaper :\ lol.

  • at walmart or lowe's :)

  • Sometimes i just cant find perfect jeans in stores, with perfect holes. Usually i dont like how they sit on me, or their color, so you can find perfect jeans and make holes you like. Also old jeans if you make holes will look more stylish ;) Where do i get sand paper ?? :)

  • hardware store,

  • The reason they're expensive, isn't just because of the design it's the fabric that is used also. They're of really high quality, made with thick, heavy denim.

  • If u think about it why do stores sell jeans ripped thats bull it should be cheaper so like if everyone likes shirts faded then they gonna sell faded shirts for a expensice price thats bull

  • Oh and btw, nice vid and those jeans are sick. >:D

  • Yea I just found that out a while ago, and I was going to make another video but someone else already did :(

  • rub it until your holes start looking like his... haha sorry I'm a major perv...But this video is the shit. Pretty cool of you to help us out

  • omg this awesome :)

another way you could do that though is cut small holes where you want your rips to be and with a tweezer start taking out the blue threads of the jeans and that should reveal the white part :P

  • haha thanks(: and kiss is fucking bad ass bro

  • thanks so much!i tried it on my jeans awhile ago!ur a gr8 help!!!

  • dudee thannxxxxxx sooo muchh

    this relle helped alott

  • just what i was looking for!!

  • Not everyone can afford $70 jeans, Thats why we have walmart and youtube.

  • were not poor were just not going to waste extra money on something we can do are self.

    its called being conservative.

plus you can make such cooler jeans yourself..

    theirs no limit.

  • We're not poor. It's just WAY smarter than throwing out 80 bucks. For your information, I can very well afford hollister jeans. Why pay for something you can do yourself? ;)

  • @flyingcookie101 well yea thas trueee.but like it look ahh idk how to say it.o:

  • this is awesome!

  • haha dude i saw maybe 20 ids on how to make ripped jeans and i couldnt find the right style either but U made the video that did it and ur a guy and those 20 vids were women tryign to do it lmao funny LOVE U for making this

  • thanksss =]

  • thank you so much for posting this! I almost spent 45 dollars on "destroyed" jeans, but I made them myself! You rock!

  • this doesnt work for me D:

it takes like a million years for the strings to show up, and then the minute they appear, they rip and makes the jeans look bad. help?

  • what brand sandpaper do you use? and where did you get it?

  • THANKS!!! 5 stars!!!!

  • duude niiice.

  • Wow, this is great. I was trying to find how to do this style of holes but all the other videos just made.. big holes with no strings still attached. I think your way is a lot better and looks more like the store bought way. 5 stars :D

  • I was using sandpaper but wasn't keeping the strings before... thanks a lot... this helped...

  • thanks , this helped alot.

  • thats awesome ;D

    i saw Jack! <3

  • thats whats up bro thanks for the video.... i was using rocks and knives lol

  • Ha ha i used those at first too. They didn't work to well...

  • Omg! Thank you!

but what do you mean when you say "pulling them apart"?

    pulling what apart?

    someone please reply

  • Pulling the white strings apart so it loosens up the blue strings and you can just pull the blue strings out.(Let me know if this helps)

  • omg this is soo AWSOME!! exactly what I was looking for :) thanks for the video.

  • No shit? I never even thought about sand paper, tight shit, thankkkkk for this videooo! :)
