u dont need to do all that, if u got it you got it. why squeeze the fat by your bicep to make ur vein show more? check your diet and burn some fat! and u can flex without touching ur bicep to show. but over all nice big arms u got there buddy!

LOL, this isnt a well biceps, at the end he has to hold his skin tight, so u can see the muscle....Its pretty small!
