@GamesNGuns lol frame rate issue's is not a hardware issue, it's a development issue. hence why games like cod run 60fps, and games like kz run 30fps. it doesn't matter which ps3, it depends on the game and it's optimisation

@GamesNGuns no prob man. it's hard for games with very good graphics to run at a steady clip, hence why developers often choose 30fps, since that gives good graphics and a reasonable framerate. games with very simple, or even bad graphics (call of duty) run at 60fps, because there's just not so much to strain the ps3, less effects and so on. also the 60fps is a nice thing in multiplayer because it's just that lil bit smoother

@MillionDollarMan3 it's playable 2nd hand aswell. but know that you won't get to play with most players at the beginning. you have to level up first, after which more players around the same level online as you becoma available

@shinobi880127 killone 2 has a longer campaign then cod, while cod is about 5 hours, killzone is more lik 9 hours. or more ofcourse, depending on your play style. i also played through killzone more often then cod, because i love it's style. also, if you are used to cod style controlls, be sure to change the control layout to "alternative 2" and highten the sensitivity.

@shinobi880127 both fear 1 and 2 have fairly long campaigns. they are around 8 hours. however it''s important to keep in mind that fear 1 has released originally in 2005 in pc, and so it doesn't have extremely good graphics. some of the environments are also quite repetitive. but the gunplay is fun. fear 2 has more variety and introduced mech suits to the series. fear 2 also has far better graphics and overall atmospheric look. both are fun games, with a few frame rate issue's, but fun gameplay

If I can give anything to this game, it's the graphics! And all of PS3's exclusives are showing what the PS3 is capable of, it surely got the number on the visuals, I wish it was the same stuff it was back in the day where you had 4000 games on both SNES and Genesis but half of them weren't on the other system or even if they where, they didn't look and feel the same, showing each system individually it's strenghts and taking advantage of them.

No seriously though, it has a decent sized campaign. The original had a much better story while this one has much better game-play. Online is also still going really strong and lets you mold yourself into a playstyle you like rather than "Guy who runs around and shoots stuff". That is, unless you like that kind of play.

Completely worth it, even with KZ3 coming out in February.
