That's not what I meant, I meant that sometimes I get the feeling that game developers in general seem to put messages before everything else.

For example, in some video game magazines it sounds like video games are bad just because some games don't have lots of messages and morals.

Gameplay is more important than anything else, and messages should only be a nice plus.

The Metal Gear games prioritize these points equally, and that's good as well.

I don't think so to be quite honest, I think most gamers play video games because they simply want to have fun.

I do it as well, but that doesn't mean I don't appreciate epic stories etc, I'm just saying that the fun factor is the most important aspect of a video game.

Which game do you wanna play the most: a really fun one, or a boring one with a lot of messages?

To me the choice is easy.

And a feud with Big Boss and Solidus wouldn't work as the whole Solid/Liquid feud was based on Snake killing Big Boss and Liquid wanting to prove that he is better than Snake and Big Boss - so unless Big Boss has a secret dad or somethin it really wouldn't work !

I know that, but this isn't a 15 minute cutscene it's longer, but it still isn't. They are splitted into parts, because there's an option in the Title Screen called "Briefing", they aren't in order though, so I put them in order.

well yes in this game and no in the remake.if you watch the briefing in twin snakes you could see that snake is wearing a boxer shorts because nintendo doesn't want sexually offending materials in their games which sucks a lot. :(
