i agree with the lots of coments in here.....well actually, pac was really the winner and the judges were very corect cuz in the first place pac. was an agressive guy to fight and lunch punches to marquez but if youll see and analyze it maquez was only waiting for the punch of pacquio to counter it and mostly a lot of punches of the great boxer marquez was covered or block by pac.....congrats to both fighters anyway they did a great job!.............

@realholdem Hatton was drained when fighting Pac. He wasn't his naturla weight. He was his natural weight fighting Mayweather. A much better fighter during the mayweather fight. He was done internally by the time he got to pac.

(as to previous fights pacquiao got knockdowns, and that's what JMM needed, one knockdown and he might have won the judges over). JMM's problem as a counter puncher is how to outscore hyperactive fighters like pacquiao... easier with the 2004-8 pac who had no defence or sense.

JMM fought a great fight but if you want to take the title off the title holder you gotta out-"box" him (land a lot more punches than him) or knock him down. JMM narrowly failed to match MP in every category of punching, lost more rounds, needed a knock down. I think his fans and corner were so surprised to see him in the game esp. after Mayweather debacle that they couldn't see past their own enthusiasm... pity.

@03Terrestre I scored a draw. Pacquiao got points for aggression. Marquez got points for being masterful and counter punching. Marquez's downfall came after his trainer told him to be careful in round 12 cause they thought he had it. Up to 11 I had Marquez winning by 1, thats too close to be cautious in a final round. I gave Pacquiao round 12 cause he pushed the pace. Really he got robbed because he left it out, he didn't take it. Marquez lost, Pacquiao didn't win.
