The convincing fact was that the officer safety was in jeopardy then why was he so comfortable approaching the suspect from a close distance rather from a far distance as one would fire the taser if fear was a determinant. Secondly 10 seconds of electricity to the neck is extreme

There is nothing viewable on the tape that would indicate the suspect is being unreasonable or non compliant in resisting. The applicantion of the taser is primarily used to subdue a person who poses a threat to the officer in the process of placing one in custody. Again there is nothing that suggests to the defentdant is opposing the instructions of the officer. His hands are on the hood which is a non verbal gesture of saying I am complying. Yes civil rights violation & discredit to the law
