Poor Mr. Jillette, made the same mistake pretty much every other atheist makes - reading the bible with mind to take it literally. You'd think seeing as atheists keep reminding us dumb arse Xian's that they're so smart and brainy that youd' think they could see methaphor and similie when its staring them in the face. We try :) Setting aside the simile metaphor statement. Could you tell me how you are able to show that The Bible is in fact the words of God. And How are you able to show that the authors were divinely inspired as opposed to simply delusional?

The only thing I disagree with Penn with is that things always get better. In no way can you say the USA is better now after NDAA than before. Maybe for some of the elite, but not the average person, and certainly not someone who is detained indefinitely.

A lack of understanding of how the Constitution works. The Powers of Congress (FED GOV) are listed in Art.1 Sec. 8. If it is not LISTED, it is NOT a power of the FED GOV. We look to the 10th Amendment. It is then a power of the State, or to the people. When you make statements like that. It shows a complete lack of knowledge of our Constitution.

You might also find out that only a sliver minority of people agree with your interpretation. Half of them watch Alex Jones.

@MultiUniv3rsal The only documents needed to help understand the Constitution (if you need help) is the Federalist Papers. I'll suck the proverbial "Constitution dick" all day. You'll suck the FED GOVT's dick all day. And when you have someone in power you don't like....you'll keep sucking it, because you're a slave. You would have created a power the Constitution didn't allow for and it will become precedent. Congrats. I'm not concerned if others agree...James Madison did.
