If i come to america i'll teach kids properly i.e. he's a ball, fat kid get in goals, now go and play. Thats the only way how to learn FOOTBALL. Football isnt golf, u can't read a book and become a bit better. Trust me i could have been a pro, but booz n girls but in the way lmao

You should really try to "settle" the ball when trapping it rather than just letting it hit you. If you let the ball just bounce off you then you have less control of the ball and the other team can take it from you.
