  • Great clip Chuck, why though is he hitting aball in a drill?

  • Because we want our players to actually strike a ball when doing this drill. This gives them the process of the strike AND how to continue to follow through.

    If all we had was the bag there then when a placed is introduced to the picture MOST players become "ball bound" and NEVER get the both arms straight location.
