I just noticed this today when I noticed that the robot form of the Transformers character, Sari Sumdac, looked a slight bit like the robot form of the main character from the manga series Q-Ko-Chan, Q-Ko.

And then, I see her, and she looks almost EXACTLY like Q-ko's robot form, except for the face, lack of heart shaped core on the chest, bow on the back of her "dress?" and some other small details. And Disney made this? When?

Because, I know that Q-Ko-Chan was made in 2003-2004... hmm.
