@BARRIEMOREBARLOW It's modeled after the SP Heritage SD70ACe's that Union Pacific built several years ago. It's a real engine that's on the rails today. Google "southern pacific heritage SD70ACe" and look at some pics of the real engine. After that, google "Union Pacfic Heritage Series" and read UP's website page about the whole series of fallen flag SD70ACe's they did.
@esiegel76 Oh yes. I should have recognized the road number. I've been on that thing. I work for UP. Great sound effects, by the way. The air start sound is great.
@Espeelover It's a secret experimental engine model that was supposed to be powered by nuclear fusion but it never worked right so the project was abandoned. Just kidding, it's a typo.
@miachevydude Most 3-Rail O-Gauge trains do that. They do that so that operators can run them on tighter radius curves without them derailing. I'm not a big fan of it, but it's just part of being into 3-Rail O-Gauge trains. Some of the newer high end 3-Rail engines have fixed pilots, which looks much better.
can u put up a vid of your cnw heritage unit in action? i think i saw one on your website and a sexy engine like that would look great on such a nice layout
Who me? I was just busting a joke! anyone who read that could have clicked my name and see my videos and they would see my HO SP Overland SD70ACe engine videos. I love the SD70ACe engine
It's spread out over several rooms, but if you add them all together it's a little over 400 square feet. The largest room is about 25x9 in size. Thanks!
nice load of tanks

Te road number is the year that the railroad joined UP. UP bought SP in 1996.

Why does the "pilot" swivel???That looks very un-prototypical...looks like a "toy"train.
