  • some of them trucks are 6x6

  • those cement mixers have automatics in them so they can keep chuggin along no problem, a manual... half the trucks would be destroying their rears if they kept rotating

  • think theres water in the drum?

  • Oshkosh's are the best. Advances, I mean Terex, are crap as of late.

  • Advance mixers are the best.

  • Oh, my gosh. They actually have pulling competitions with these things? Now I've seen everything! haha

  • Yea me too! Thats why I thought it was cool. They are brand new.I bet they are Demos, just showing what they can do as a publicity stunt. They are built in Anderson,In.Terex/

Advance Inc. But I prefer Oshkosh. Thanks...

  • These are not demos they are actual company's in warsaw one of them is aggregate and the other company is kurts redimix and they are not built in anderson the are built in fort Wayne INDIANA

  • My bad, I knew they were built up there why I thought Anderson is that I used to deliver steel up there. And they looked brand new, thats why I said they were demos. They take new trucks to concrete plants and demo them to get their bussiness, thought they were doing the same there at that pull as a publicity stunt. Thanks!

  • These trucks are very fun to drive. I've been driving one for 8 years. Once you drive one you will not drive a rear.

  • hey scorpi, you drive for this company? I missed this pull that year, i was working. Always wondered though are these trucks auto shifts?

  • Yes they are automatics. And like the ones in the video they are all wheel drive. I drive an OSHKOSH. It has a C-13 Cat. 6spd. Allison auto. Now I have seen rear wheel drive only up north, but down here in fla. we need all the pulling power and traction possible.

  • Scorpi I've always wondered what kind of pay do guys like you generally earn?

  • Well down here generally around $15-$20hr. just depending where you work at. Who I work for they are paying $16 maxed out. Thanks...

  • $29.63 over where I'm at

  • I've heard of those front loading concrete mixers, but I've never seen one before.

What brand of truck would that be, and are the cabins some kind of standard?

  • The ones in the video are Advance/Terex Built in Indiana. OSHKOSH mixers are built in Wisconsin. You can order a standard cab, Only one occupant. Or a double cab to seat a trainee.

  • never seen this before :)

  • Keystone Concrete did this at the arcola tractor pulls probabaly 15 years ago and they had the front tires off the ground a couple of feet and they would of went through the fence if they didnt stop
