They aren't invincible, as you seem to think, my Akita is dominant out of all of them, he don't take shit.
@camo501 I don't, you're right. My dad does, but he got in a fight with his neighbors German shepherd, and had his ass kicked. No breed of dog is superior to others, it depends on the dog AND the situation. In this case, my dad's dog got out charged the other dog, but the dog thought he was going for its owner, and it's protection instinct kicked in, pinning my dad's cane corso down by the neck. Almost nothing can stop a dog protecting it's owner, no matter the breed.

Perfect example of Two Big dogs raised with love.. You can see it on both because dont try to hurt each other.. its a give and take playing game.. I have a rott with a mix shepherd and they are both the same.. I make sure the rott knows its boundaries... they are good dogs if you train them and give them love....

@GlitterMySparkalz Dobermans are a fairly recent breed. They do have a bit of Rottweiler blood in them. Rottweilers are a much more ancient breed, they served multiple purposes such as herding and guarding cattle from wolves, foxes other threats, it was also used to carry meat around. The Doberman's sole purpose was to be a superior watch dog. They are very similar dogs, both are great, I'd love to own both of them. Both require care though, they are very powerful breeds.
whats amazing about the way Rottweilers fight, and play, is that they do it so gracefully for such a bulky and beastly dog. Its like they know how bad they are and they dont even care who wins because there the badass!! I had Dobermann for 8 years and my experiance with him when i took him to a dog park , and he got into fight and that was every time when you have a male Dobermann and male Rottweiler they start to fight my Dobermann always owned the Rotteiler because he was a lot faster, i know the Rottweiler is stronger but in fight if you have a good European bread Dobermann with a good temperment the Dobermann will most often win a dog fight , thats me experiance at least.

My friend has a rot and I would always pet him and play with him when my friend was around one day i had to get something of mine from his backyard and the rot bit me... So just make sure your around when others are around it it's very protective of property / family
When my dogs do these kind of things I let them play for a while, then I just stop the playing an take them for a walk. But I don´t stare as they play. Dogs stablish hierarchy in this way, if you stare you are just too weak to fight for a place of the hierachy, let alone be the leader. Stopping this activity and keeping it from escalate by changing the activity is a grat way to demonstrate that you are the leader, wathever herachy dogs has among them.

I was at a dog park (accidents just waiting to happen there), and this huge Rot that had been showing aggression to this collie lost it and charged. The Rot slammed that collie to the ground, but the collie grabbed the Rot's throat and didn't let go. The Rot was bleeding all over the place.
If the dogs had been alone that Rot would have been D-E-A-D.

I have a 100 pound dobie that makes a 150 pound rottie look cute!! The intensity and relentless power of a Doberman makes a rottie look just as it is an ancestrial herding dog!! I dont fight dogs but lets just say when i take Baron (Doberman) to the in laws 40 Acre Farm Brody (Rottie) knows whos the boss! I love dobies, these 2 dogs are obviously playing and enjoying each others company. Yes dobermans are prone to skin problems that CAN look like lesions or wounds. This doberman has 'doggie acne' lots of pure bred dobies have it.
American dogs are better, breeds like the Able Bulldog, Ambullneo Mastiff, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, Banter Bulldogge, Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog And the Olde English Bulldogge

@swatidon1 the more pointy ears is because a lot of ppl have their ears pinned and the more saggy ears are the dogs natural ears. Also for tails. If they are knubs then the owner had the excess tail cut off so the knub is the tail bone or the part of the tail where like all the nerves are at . Where the really long tails are the dogs natural tail.

How cute. I really think this will help me to find the best breed for my own. My boy friend wants a dobie or rottie and I prefer the dobie, because it looks not that heavy... But it seems to be faster and more active than the rottie. We are looking for a dog that can go for very long walks with us and can come with us when we ride on horseback for many days. Which one would be better?

I love dobies, these 2 dogs are obviously playing and enjoying each others company. Yes dobermans are prone to skin problems that CAN look like lesions or wounds. This doberman has 'doggie acne' lots of pure bred dobies have it.

I agree, it does look like that doberman's scarred, and bit up- But it seems like it has more of a skin condition, or else that probably wouldn't just be play.. You can obviously see they're playing lightheartedly here, so.

Use the Dobermann to chase burglars and use the Rottweiler to catch them in the act!
Look at the size of the Rott, compared to the Dob. Twice the head, neck and bodymass. Good Rottweiler, compliments!

@Martin280967 The Rottie is a male and the Dob is a female, you can not compare those two. In general Rottweilers are bigger dogs but I prefer Dobermans, finest breed. Cheers

@XSVterror18 rottweiler have weak bones. Doberman needs to be as if a family member and loved to get the aggressiovness out of him, and Doberman are crazy smart my dobie learned 7 tricks the first week i brot him home, i love dobies they act so clownish when they lok badass

@swatidon1 the more pointy ears is because a lot of ppl have their ears pinned and the more saggy ears are the dogs natural ears. Also for tails. If they are knubs then the owner had the excess tail cut off so the knub is the tail bone or the part of the tail where like all the nerves are at . Where the really long tails are the dogs natural tail.

@swatidon1 They crop their ears. Dobermans are born with low hanging ears and long tails but most people get their tails and ears cropped and docked. They do them for several different reasons.
