@caitlynlovesmilo ummmmm....the flag is moving because he is adjusting and moving the flag trying to place it into the ground. should seem fairly obvious this is happening....because....litera­lly the entire time the flag is waving he is also moving it; therefore, he is the cause of the flag's movement. if you were to have further used your brain, you would then realize that any flicker from adjusting the flag would make the flag itself move because of the moon's low presence of atmosphere.
