@sony3127 We sent 24 (twentyfour) astronauts to the Moon, 3 of them twice.
12 (twelve) astronauts landed on the Moon and came back.
So your idea that we somehow failed to send men to the Moon is incorrect. Maybe you were thinking of Mars? That won't happen until 2030.
