Ive been discovering lately a more experimental vein in SOS, which always were one of my favourite bands, but I thought of them as a mroe traditional group. Its nice to see they do have a creative, mroe advanced edge to their music

This song is cleverly disguised (perhaps subconciously) in structure to a Jimmy Webb sort of style, but undoubtedly an homage to Barbra Streseind's On A Clear Day You Can See Forever. A short tune, but which builds to a grand cresendo much like Babs and all. Try cueing up the end of this film with the end of this song and you'll know what I mean. Thanks Corrine, another fine example to your open ears and appreciation for fine music.

THIS GREAT SONG OPENS THE "SOMEWHERE DEEP IN THE NIGHT" ALBUM. It feels indeed like "A 1000 Miles high" and I love the instrumentation of it (strings, glockenspiel) - very tasteful - and above all: Corinne's voice wonderfully captures the magic of this song.
