The collapse progresses at nearly a constant rate, close to free-fall rate around 0:45 and the wave of ejecta at the base of it is strong enough to upwardly redirect already falling debris.

Look for smoke outstreams and flashes in images of the last seconds of the building core, seen elsewhere.
