thanks! this was great video! just got my own pole, and this was just what I needed =) I've been taking classes too, and will take some more =) you move so smoothly, I hope some day it'll look as good when I dance =D
Brilliant vid, just what i was looking for, and finally, another las with short hair doing pole! Never seem to see it ...feel like the odd one out! Great thanks
It would be cool if you could go slower or if you were able to kind of explain some of the moves, I think some of these moves would be a bit harder then beginners. I'm thinking that it might be the lack of upper body strength but I don't seem to slide very well on my pole an was wondering if your suppose to put something on it?
@123chellyg It's not meant to be an instructional video - that's what my classes are for, and how I make my living.
These moves are all considered "beginner - improver". But these can take up to 6 months to learn in classes. Have a look at my video "Flying Spins and Swings" for some more intermediate level spins.
Don't but anything on your pole. It's common to grip too hard to begin with. Learn to regulate your grip.
@macychiles Well I'm sorry I don't fit that stripper ideal of big fake boobs and blond extensions. My B-Cups must need remeasuring... either that or you need to stop going out with guys with moobs.
i dont know if its bad for the pole but i use plain ole antiperspirant! i just rub a lil on my hands and wipe off the excess...works for me! lemme know if ne one knows if this is bad for the pole!
@adickey512 I don't think it's bad for the pole. I've used antiperspirant before... I prefer to apply it in advance of pole so it can get to work. Have you tried "TiteGrip"? It's an antiperspirant for your hands!
i have just got my pole and i can do couple of spins u show.. u make it seem so easy... and it's not..!!! for sure i will visit ur website!!! please tell me what to do with my sweaty hands..?????????? i thought to use baby powder but i don't know if this will cause scratches on my new lovely pole.. what do u suggest ?? good work and video :)
For your hands, try DryHands or EcoBall; both very good for sweaty hands. Make sure your hands are clean before you start too, I use hand sanitiser alcohol gel - it dissolves any grease.
are any of those spins for men?

@greekstyle06 I miss my long hair for flicking around, but the short suits me better I think, and it's much easier to look after!

@macychiles Are you f**king kidding me?

I am guessing you need a lot of upper body strength?

@EternityAtGlance Start from the beginning, pole builds strength for pole! Even just starting with wrap-around will start to build your arms

I love how at ease you are! Seems so effortless! My favorite...forward falling spin! Thanks for posting!
rastagirl007 1 year ago
@rastagirl007 Get that one right, and I reckon it's one of the fastest spins! Pull it right in, head to knee, to really get some speed!
