FDR put people to work by establishing the WPA & CCC. Given the pressure on Obama to create jobs, why hasn't he established something similar? If it worked in the 30s, why wouldn't it work today?

I am grateful that I got to participate in the CCC or Klamath, Cresent City Del Norte Conservation Corp or California. The Backcountry Program and The Tahoe Conservation Center~ The best experience of my life~ It's a shame that so many CCC centers are closing~

I also want to thank you for keeping the CCC's history alive. I don't remember ever learning about this in school. What I know I have learned from my grandfather. It is a shame since this is such a big part of American History.

My grandfather was in the CCC's in Maryland. He is very proud of this and I love to listen to his stories of when he was in there. I long for the time when men were men and took pride in what they did. No one in today's world seems to care about things like they did back then. Thank you for the video. I will be sure to share it with my grandfather.

thanks for the very informative video.i have a presentation for class to do on the ccc and i wanted to see a video like this to help inspire what i can share with my class about this agency.
