@04saleenboy lots of people move on from Probes then later regret getting rid of them. i hear the "i miss my Probe GT" alot. i have 3 right now and have owned 7 in total.
I Own a 97 Z28 and an 02 Trans Am. My Z has longtubes and as previously stated, it's still slow. You made have great mods on your Z and if that's tha case, good on you but once again as stated before, a Z running headers is still slower than a stock LS1... I wish it weren't true but getting my ass kicked on the streets and strip is pretty cut and dry... Hence why I bought the LS car which easily pulled 13s stock prior to the LS2 install.
@ss11racing I pull 13.03 quarter mile in my 95Z. How in the hell is that slow? Ironic when peeps say a stock LS1 is fast as shit but a bolt on Lt1 is slow.....
@Locruid i have a procharged 99 camaro SS with a shit ton of mods..it's milli secs away from running a 10.9...but i owned a couple years back a 96 WS6 ..had long tubes ..nice sized cam..a borla cat back..ram air for the WS6 model..oh and 4.11 gears with drag radials...it ran 13.3..and i'm a damn good driver IMA..i raced my freinds stock M6 Z28 2000 year model...i mean stock..paper air filter and all...and we where side by side every run..and he was on street tires..had to get me an LS1!!
@trillakilla a kl-ze would be a jdm mazda engine...why are you confused? You cant look sumthing up before you ask a lame question and click 'post'? Just like how early 90's mazda protege lx's and early 90's ford escort gt's share the same bp-ze mazda motor. Ford and mazda merged a LONGGG time ago.
LT1's are complete slouches. Very unpopular because they are slow as fuck out the box. With the right money and skill they can be made to make big HP, it is a chevy small block you know. With that being said, Probes are nothing more than Mazda MX-6's, nothing but the Ford name, so not american, and yea you beat up on a slow ass LT1, so no big feat. Dive out of slow ass cars and dig into LS1 power with a few mods. It will put you back to the drawing board. BTW, Probes are so hella gay.
my 94 z28 has a few mods on it i have a short throw shift kit on it 58mm holley throttle body k&n cold air intake taylor spark plug wires and some long tube headers also have an exhaust on it

@SuRihtanil Think about this for a second. You're making a bunch of excuses to justify a lt1 losing to a probe. If I lost to a probe in my TA i'd chase the probe down to shake the drivers hand for a job well done on the car. Not make excuses. Honestly when do you ever pull up to a stop light next to a probe GT and even have the slightest hint of a thought its remotely close to a threat.
@SuRihtanil yea but you're talking a 2.5liter v6 vs a big block 5.7 liter v8. thats twice the motor. the point is a small engine beating a big one. nice race, i love the klze sound xD

well when mph goes up and rpm stay = means clutch slip. The flywheel cant be very big in it so i probably has a small clutch. it wasnt built to handle any power at all. but thats when the world of after market comes it.
is there anyway you can PM a list of Mods. done to this car. besides. The JDM KLZE. ive been having my probe sitting on the backyark for a while. and ive been watching your videos for a while now. and i have to say. You have a pretty sick probe and i look up to it. Keep the videos coming.
@soloryderrr its not clutch slip. Trust me. My foot was floating the clutch midway during the race. Not intentional. But who cares if I fucked up the race. lol I still won.
and yes. this is with the cams. They have been in the car for around 7 months now.
@nextrider123 No clutch slip. I kept my foot on the gas inbetween shifts so I I am spraying at all times. I never would have been able to beat this car otherwise. I have a stage 2 clutch/flywheel combo that will never slip.
@lowdnlow5spdgt it wont slip when its new, wear it in with your foot on the clutch racing like that and it will slip in a matter of no time. I know its just for a race but im just saying it WILL slip eventually.
